Terms and Conditions
Al-Futtaim sells Products and provides the Al-Futtaim Service subject to these Conditions. Please read these Conditions carefully before using the Al-Futtaim Site.
- how we collect, process and use your personal information through the Al-Futtaim Site; and
- the terms and conditions of use that apply to you in using the Al-Futtaim Site.
The following terms have the meanings given to them below when used in these Conditions:
“After Sales Guarantee” means the guarantee which applies in respect of certain Products and Al-Futtaim Service as contained in the Annexure
“Al-Futtaim” means Al Futtaim Auto Centers L.L.C, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates with commercial registration number 1076085, with its registered address at PO Box 35269, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
“Al-Futtaim Service” means the installation of Products into Customers' vehicles and such other services which Al-Futtaim agrees to make available for purchase from time to time on the Al-Futtaim Site, in each case using Al-Futtaim Service Providers and subject to contract in accordance with these Conditions
“Al-Futtaim Service Providers” means Al-Futtaim’s service providers/installers and/or any other group company or affiliate of Al-Futtaim engaged by Al-Futtaim at its sole discretion from time to time to provide or assist with providing the Al-Futtaim Service
“Al-Futtaim Site” means the website published by Al-Futtaim on the World Wide Web of the Internet with the uniform resource locator www.autocenters.ae
“Conditions” means these terms and conditions for the sale of Products and the Al-Futtaim Service via the Al-Futtaim Site and the provision of the Al-Futtaim Service, which are deemed to be accepted by the Customer in continuing to use the Al-Futtaim Site
“Contract” means the contract for the sale and purchase of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service as established and evidenced by the Customer Order and the Order Confirmation and, for the purposes of clause 3.4, a Written quotation from Al-Futtaim which is accepted by a Customer
“Customer” means the person whose offer for the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service is accepted by Al-Futtaim
“Customer Order” means an order from the Customer submitted to Al-Futtaim through the Al-Futtaim Site by completion of the ordering process set out therein
“Force Majeure” means any act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, lightning strike, fire, accident, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, epidemics and pandemics, acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority, import or export regulations or embargoes, strikes, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Al-Futtaim or of a third-party), difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery or power failure or breakdown in machinery
“Order Confirmation” means confirmation in Writing by Al-Futtaim of acceptance of the Customer Order issued prior to supply of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service to the Customer
“Products” means the products and consumables available for purchase from time to time on the Al-Futtaim Site
“Writing” means communication in the written form and includes electronic mail but does not include SMS and whatsapp.
1. These Conditions
1.1 Al-Futtaim will sell and the Customer will purchase the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service in accordance with the Customer Order and the Order Confirmation, subject to these Conditions which will govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
1.2 The Customer acknowledges that the website text, price lists, lists of items for sale or other sales literature published on the Al-Futtaim Site constitute an invitation to treat and may not be construed by the Customer as any offer by or binding obligation upon Al-Futtaim to sell any item or service to the Customer.
1.3 Except as expressly permitted by these Conditions, no variation to a Contract will be binding unless agreed in Writing between authorised representatives of the Customer and Al-Futtaim.
1.4 Al-Futtaim's employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service unless confirmed by Al-Futtaim in Writing. In entering into the Contract, the Customer acknowledges that it does not rely on any representations, unless these are specifically confirmed by Al-Futtaim in Writing.
1.5 Any advice or recommendation given by Al-Futtaim or its employees or agents to the Customer or its employees or agents as to the storage, application or use of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service which is not confirmed in Writing by Al-Futtaim, if followed or acted upon by the Customer, is entirely at the Customer's own risk, and accordingly Al-Futtaim will not be liable for any such advice or recommendation which is not so confirmed.
1.6 Whilst every effort is made by Al-Futtaim to ensure no such error or omission occurs, any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, price list, website text, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by Al-Futtaim will be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Al-Futtaim.
1.7 Images of the Products on the Al-Futtaim Site are for illustrative purposes only, and Products may vary from their online pictures.
2. Our Contract
2.1 Your order, the Customer Order, is an offer to Al-Futtaim to buy the Products in your order and/or avail the Al-Futtaim Service. When we accept your Customer Order, we will send you an e-mail confirming your Customer Order (the "Order Confirmation").
2.2 The Customer is responsible to Al-Futtaim for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of the Customer Order submitted by the Customer, and for giving Al-Futtaim any necessary information relating to the Product or Al-Futtaim Service ordered by the Customer and, where relevant, access to its vehicle within a sufficient time to enable Al-Futtaim to perform the Contract in accordance with its terms. Al-Futtaim will incur no liability resulting from inaccurate information being supplied by the Customer.
2.3 Customers ordering tyres online for fitment should verify the tyre size and specification currently fitted to their vehicle before placing such Customer Order. If incorrect tyres are ordered, Al-Futtaim will endeavour to assist the Customer with sourcing the correct tyres and re-scheduling the fitting appointment.
2.4 The quantity, quality and description of and any specification for the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service will be those set out in the Order Confirmation. In addition, unless otherwise stated in the Contract:
2.4.1 Products supplied will correspond with any specification provided by Al-Futtaim and be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose; and
2.4.2 the Al-Futtaim Service will be performed using reasonable skill, care and diligence.
2.4 Al-Futtaim reserves the right to change the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service, any specifications or prices (whether such specifications have been submitted by the Customer in the Customer Order or otherwise) and/or any Product designs at any time, without notice, as a result of changes in the law, or at the sole discretion of Al-Futtaim provided the changes do not result in any material reduction to the standard, quality or performance of the Products or Al-Futtaim Service or otherwise place the Customer at a disadvantage.
2.5 If the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service ordered are not available or are undeliverable for any reason, Al-Futtaim reserves the right to cancel the Customer Order and issue the Customer a full refund without liability or any requirement to assign a reason or provide justification for such cancellation.
3.1 The price of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service will be the price specified by Al-Futtaim in the Order Confirmation, or, where no price is quoted in the Order Confirmation, the price listed in Al-Futtaim’s price list or website text on the Al-Futtaim Site current as at the date and time of the Order Confirmation.
3.2 Al-Futtaim reserves the right, at any time, to increase the price of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service to reflect:
3.2.1 Any increase in the cost to Al-Futtaim which is due to any factor beyond the control of Al-Futtaim (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labor, materials, inaccurate data or other costs of manufacture);
3.2.2 Any change in delivery or collection date(s) (as applicable), quantities or specifications for the Products or Al-Futtaim Service, which is requested by the Customer, or
3.2.3 Any delay caused by any instructions of the Customer or failure of the Customer to give Al-Futtaim adequate information, instructions or access.
3.3 Written quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless they include a specific promotional offer which has an earlier expiry date. The expiry date of promotional offers will be clearly marked.
3.4 Customers will be informed promptly of any additional work identified while an Al-Futtaim Service is being undertaken. A new Written quotation will be produced on request and additional work will only be carried out with a Customer’s agreement.
3.5 If any vehicle is not collected from Al-Futtaim’s premises within 30 days following completion of the Al-Futtaim Service undertaken on that vehicle, the Customer will be liable to pay Al-Futtaim storage charges at Al Futtaim’s then current rates for each day that the vehicle remains uncollected.
3.6 The United Arab Emirates has introduced VAT from 1 January 2018. All products and Al-Futtaim Service priced on the Al-Futtaim Site include VAT in all cases where VAT is applicable.
3.7 Al-Futtaim reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of Products purchased, per person, per household or per Customer Order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
4.1 Subject to any special terms agreed in Writing between the Customer and Al-Futtaim, Al-Futtaim will be entitled to payment in full for the price of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service on the date of the Customer Order. Al-Futtaim will debit the Customer's credit/debit card with payment in full for the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service on or after the date of the Customer Order.
4.2 The Customer will be obliged to pay the price of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service on the date of the Customer Order. Al-Futtaim will be entitled to recover the price of the Al-Futtaim Service, notwithstanding that delivery, collection or performance (as applicable) may not have taken place and the property in the Products has not passed to the Customer. The time of payment of the price will be of the essence of the Contract.
4.3 Receipts for payment will be issued electronically and the Customer consents to receive sales invoices electronically. Al-Futtaim will include an electronic invoice in our Order Confirmation.
4.4 If the Customer’s payment is declined or not authorised by the issuer of the Customer's credit/debit card when processed by Al-Futtaim then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Al-Futtaim, Al-Futtaim will be entitled to:
4.4.1 cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries to the Customer;
4.4.2 appropriate any payment made by the Customer to such of the Customer Order (or any other goods or services supplied under any other contract between the Customer and Al-Futtaim) as Al-Futtaim may consider appropriate (notwithstanding any purported appropriation by the Customer).
5.5 Unless otherwise agreed, all amounts owed by a Customer under a Contract must be paid on or prior to collection or return of the vehicle on which an Al-Futtaim Service is being performed or into which Products are being installed by Al-Futtaim or an Al-Futtaim Service Provider. Al-Futtaim reserves the right to keep the vehicle in its custody until payment is received.
5.1 Delivery of the Products or performance of the Al-Futtaim Service (as applicable) under a Contract will be made by Al-Futtaim on the date on which the Products are handed over to the customer or the Al-Futtaim Service is performed (as applicable) in accordance with the delivery details specified in the Order Confirmation or to/at such other location as will confirmed in advance by Al-Futtaim in Writing.
5.2 Any dates quoted for delivery and/or collection of Products or performance of the Al-Futtaim Service (as applicable) are approximate only and not guaranteed and Al-Futtaim will not be liable for any delay in delivery, availability for collection or performance, howsoever caused. Time for availability for collection or performance will not be of the essence of the Contract.
5.3 Bookings for Al-Futtaim Service can be rescheduled to an alternative date (subject to availability) provided one clear working day is allowed between rescheduling and the original appointment (e.g. appointments for Thursday can be rescheduled up to midnight on Tuesday).
5.4 For certain Al-Futtaim Service, and where Products are being installed as part of the Al-Futtaim Service, the Customer will be required to bring their vehicle(s) to the designated Al-Futtaim service centre at the time booked or agreed by the Customer. Where this is the case please be punctual or our ability to offer the appointment at that time or on that day may be impacted. (For servicing, a vehicle should be at the relevant service centre before 9am, unless otherwise advised by Al-Futtaim).
5.5 If the Al-Futtaim Service is for fitment of tyres by a mobile unit, Al-Futtaim’s mobile technician will call the Customer when they are on the way to the agreed location. Fitting appointments offered by mobile units occur between 08:30 – 17:30. Slot availability is dependent on location. Customers must be present with their vehicle at the agreed time and location, and must provide Al-Futtaim with prompt, unrestricted access to their vehicle in a safe working area to enable Al-Futtaim to deliver the Products and carry out the Al-Futtaim Service. Al-Futtaim will do its best to ensure that the mobile unit arrives during the agreed time period and the Al-Futtaim Service is completed within the estimated time advised, but cannot guarantee the time or duration of the booking. Al-Futtaim will inform Customers as soon as reasonably practicable of any delays or complications.
5.6 The fitting of tyres or wheels will be subject to a visual inspection of the vehicles, wheels and tyres prior to the work starting. This ensures the Customer has selected the correct tyre and wheel specifications for its vehicle.
5.7 Unless otherwise requested, we will endeavor to ensure that each Customer Order will be delivered as one order through one transaction. However, this may not always be possible.
5.8 If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Products or the Al-Futtaim Service, fails to give Al-Futtaim adequate delivery instructions in the Customer Order or fails to provide a safe working area for performance of a mobile Al-Futtaim Service (which will be checked by the technician prior to commencing the Al-Futtaim Service) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Al-Futtaim, Al-Futtaim may cancel the Contract or suspend provision of the Al-Futtaim Service or any further deliveries to the Customer (as the case may be).
5.9 Good and complete receipt of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service (whether this be delivery, collection or performance) will be evidenced by the signature of the Customer on Al-Futtaim’s or its authorised carriers' job card which, howsoever signed, will serve as the Customer’s confirmation of receipt of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service and will constitute absolute proof of receipt and acceptance by the Customer of the items specified in it.
5.10 Al-Futtaim will not deliver any Products or the Al-Futtaim Service outside of the UAE’s boundaries.
6. After Sales Guarantee
6.1 Certain Products and All-Futtaim Service are sold subject to an After Sales Guarantee.
6.2. Where applicable, details of manufacturers’ guarantees or service arrangements which apply instead of or as well as the After Sales Guarantee will be provided with the relevant Products or Al-Futtaim Service.
7. Passing of Risk and Title/Ownership
7.1 Risk of damage to or loss of the Products will pass to the Customer at the time the Products are delivered to the Customer or, where the Products are installed as part of the Al-Futtaim Service, at the time Customer is notified that the Products have been fitted and the installation work is complete and/or the vehicle is ready for collection (as the case may be).
7.2 Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Products, or any other provision of these Conditions, title to and in the Products will not pass to the Customer until all sums due by the Customer to Al-Futtaim (including any applicable fees and charges) have been paid by the Customer to Al-Futtaim in full.
7.3 The Customer will not be entitled in any way to charge/pledge or otherwise create any encumbrance by way of security or otherwise whether for any indebtedness or otherwise in respect of any Products which remain the property of Al-Futtaim until such time as title passes in accordance with the terms in this clause 7, but if the Customer does so, all moneys owing by the Customer to Al-Futtaim will (without prejudice to any other right or remedy of Al-Futtaim) become immediately due and payable.
8.1 In addition to its rights in respect of Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service under clause 9 (Liability), the Customer will be entitled to wholly or partially cancel a Contract, return the relevant Products and receive a refund (where the Products or the Al-Futtaim Service have been paid for), provided that:
8.1.1 in the case of the Al-Futtaim Service, the Al-Futtaim Service has not been delivered;
8.1.2 in the case of Products:
(a) the Products have not been installed or used in any way, and are in the same good condition in which they were received by the Customer (as determined by Al-Futtaim at its sole discretion, following inspection);
(b) the Products are returned to Al-Futtaim at such location as advised by Al-Futtaim to the Customer; and
(c) such cancellation is completed within 2 weeks of the date of the delivery of the Products to the Customer.
For any return, the Customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the Products (if any). If Al-Futtaim, in its discretion, agrees to collect the Products for return, Al-Futtaim retains the right to charge the Customer for any direct costs associated with such return, provided that no restocking charge or administration charge will be added. The Al-Futtaim customer service center can be contacted for an estimate of the cost of returns and costs may vary depending on the relevant Products and their location.
8.3 Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment as the original mode of payment.
9.1 Al-Futtaim will have no liability for any error in any Customer Order and any loss (or otherwise) that may arise therefrom. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, Al-Futtaim will be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Products or Al-Futtaim Service arising from any inaccuracy in the Customer Order.
9.2 Al-Futtaim will be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Products or Al-Futtaim Service arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow Al-Futtaim’s or the manufacturer’s instructions (whether oral or in writing) or misuse or alteration or repair of the Products or Al-Futtaim Service without Al-Futtaim's prior approval.
9.3 Al-Futtaim will not be liable for any damage to a Customer’s vehicle as a result of structural defects or weaknesses unless that damage is caused as a direct result of a breach of Al-Futtaim’s obligations under a Contract.
9.4 Save as expressly provided in these Conditions, all warranties, and conditions or other terms implied by law (including any terms relating to merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.5 The Customer accepts the Products or Al-Futtaim Service on an “as is” basis. Any claim by the Customer which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Products or Al-Futtaim Service or their failure to correspond with specification will be notified to Al-Futtaim in Writing within 48 hours from the date of delivery or performance or where the defect or failure was not reasonably apparent at that time, within 24 hours after discovery of the relevant defect or failure.
9.6 If the Customer does not notify Al-Futtaim in accordance with clause 9.4, the Customer will not be entitled to reject the Products or the Al-Futtaim Service and Al-Futtaim will have no liability for such defect or failure.
9.7 Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Products or Al-Futtaim Service which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Products or Al-Futtaim Service is notified to Al-Futtaim in accordance with these Conditions, Al-Futtaim will be entitled, at its sole discretion, to (i) replace the Products and/or reperform the Al-Futtaim Service affected free of charge, or (ii) refund to the Customer the price of the Products or Al-Futtaim Service (or the relevant proportionate part of the price), or (iii) act in accordance with the relevant Al-Futtaim warranty protocol and process; but Al-Futtaim will have no further liability to the Customer or any other person. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Conditions, the Customer may not claim for any defect or failure if the warranty period for the Products and/or Al-Futtaim Service (as applicable) has expired and on such expiry all of Customer’s rights and remedies in respect of such defect or failure will be extinguished.
9.8 Al-Futtaim will not be liable to the Customer by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at law, or under the express terms of the Contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of Al-Futtaim, its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the sale of the Products, the performance of the Al-Futtaim Service, or their use or resale by the Customer, and the entire liability of Al-Futtaim under or in connection with the Contract will not exceed the price of the relevant Products or Al-Futtaim Service, except as expressly provided in these Conditions.
9.9 Al-Futtaim will not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Al-Futtaim’s obligations in relation to the Products or the Al-Futtaim Service, if the delay or failure was due to any Force Majeure or other cause beyond Al-Futtaim’s reasonable control.
10. General Terms
Al-Futtaim may perform any of its obligations or exercise any of its rights hereunder or under the Contract by itself or where applicable through any other persons (legal or otherwise) or entities. Al-Futtaim may assign the Contract with the Customer or sub-contract the whole, or any part thereof to any other person (legal or otherwise) or entity. Unless otherwise agreed in Writing, the Customer may not assign either the benefit or the burden of any contract with Al-Futtaim.
Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under these Conditions will be in Writing addressed to that other party at its registered office or principal place of business or such other address as may at the relevant time have been notified pursuant to this provision to the party giving the notice.
No waiver by Al-Futtaim of any breach of the Contract by the Customer will be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
If any provision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected.
10.5 Entire agreement
The Contract and these Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Al-Futtaim in respect of the sale of the Products and/or the Al-Futtaim Service and supersede all previous oral or written representations or agreements relating thereto.
10.6 Customer eligibility
The Al-Futtaim Site is for use by Customers in the United Arab Emirates only and only those Customers that are over 18 years of age. Al-Futtaim does not sell Products or provide the Al-Futtaim Service to, or enter into any Contract or transact with any person, that is not lawfully in the United Arab Emirates and/or is under the age of 18. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Al-Futtaim Site, you:
10.6.1 agree to be bound by the terms of the Al-Futtaim Site and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and
10.6.2 represent that you have the legal authority to accept the Al-Futtaim Site Conditions for yourself or any party you represent.
Any person who chooses to access Al-Futtaim Site from outside the United Arab Emirates is responsible for his or her compliance with such local laws as are applicable. Al-Futtaim makes no representations as to the appropriateness or legal consequences of the availability or use of the Al-Futtaim Site in any jurisdiction other than the United Arab Emirates and Al-Futtaim disclaims any liability in relation thereto.
10.7 Payment information
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in Emirati Dirhams (AED) and all transactions are conducted in Emirati Dirhams (AED). When making a payment in a currency other than Emirati Dirhams (AED) the amount on the Customer’s credit card bill may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges that the card issuer/bank may have debited, which will be for the Customer to bear. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and take note of applicable merchant policies and rules. Your credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. We will not store your payment information on our systems. However, the confidentiality of your Customer personal and account details, including any password, is solely your responsibility. Al-Futtaim shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your personal, password or account details.
10.8.1 These Conditions, the Al-Futtaim Site and each Contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Conditions, the Al-Futtaim Site and/or any Contract.
10.8.2 Neither Al-Futtaim nor the Al-Futtaim Site will deal with or provide any products or services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned country in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

After Sales Guarantee
1. The After Sales Guarantee applies from the date of original purchase of an eligible Product or date of performance of an eligible Al-Futtaim Service.
2. Your local Al-Futtaim service centre will deal with After Sales Guarantee claims.
3. Except where expressly stated otherwise, the After Sales Guarantee is non-transferable and only applies for the benefit of the original Customer. Please note that, if you buy Products with an After Sales Guarantee, we are guaranteeing that those Products during the specified guarantee period. Where Products are replaced or repaired during the guarantee period, the After Sales Guarantee does not start again. You will only benefit from the remaining period of the original After Sales Guarantee. This does not affect your legal rights as a customer.
4. You must notify us of any After Sales Guarantee claim as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the fault or issue in question. Take your vehicle or Product to any of our UAE service centres together with your guarantee, your original receipt and any other paperwork provided to you. Please be sure to keep your original paperwork safe as a failure to produce this could impact on your ability to claim.
5. If any work covered by the After Sales Guarantee is required to be carried out by someone other than by Al-Futtaim, advance approval must be obtained from our customer service centre on 800MYCAR (800-69227) or Hello.email@example.com. Al-Futtaim is not responsible for any Product removed from a vehicle or adjusted by any person other than Al-Futtaim.
6. Products which fail as a result of criminal or malicious damage, fire, theft or where the Products have been repaired by another repairer or individual or used for competitive motorsport or on a taxi are excluded from the After Sales Guarantee.
7. The After Sales Guarantee does not cover any defect caused by reasonable wear, tear or corrosion, or any costs incurred through loss of use.
8. The After Sales Guarantee applies to the following Products as set out below:
All new tyres are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of fitment only for manufacturing defects on pro-rata wear basis. However misuse or damage to the tyres due to cuts, shocks, impact, mechanical problems of the vehicle, poor maintenance and wrong inflation pressure etc are not covered under the After Sales Guarantee.
(b) Wheel Alignment
Vehicle wheel alignment is affected by road conditions and driving circumstances and therefore adjustment cannot be covered by the After Sales Guarantee. However, should you have reason to believe that further adjustment is necessary, we will check and re-adjust (if required) free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
Ohayo Battery Indonesia are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of fitment. However misuse or damage to a battery due to external factors such as electrical problems of the vehicle, poor maintenance, wrong electrolytes, etc. are not covered under the After Sales Guarantee.
Panasonic Batteries, Thailand and GS Battery, Indonesia are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of fitment. However: (i) misuse or damages to a battery due to external factors such as electrical problems of the vehicle, poor maintenance, wrong electrolytes, etc. are not covered under the After Sales Guarantee, and (ii) a warranty card must be provided in order to make a claim under the After Sales Guarantee. Warranty cards will be supplied along with the batteries.
